IACFB will be opening a new program this week called the Sponsored Agents Program. We developed this very low cost program in response to many members requesting a way to develop sub-brokers or "agents".

The Sponsored Agents Program basically addresses two issues...
    • For PART TIME BROKERS: How can part time brokers become involved in marketing and business development when they can only work a few hours a week?
    • For FULL TIME CAREER CONSULTANTS: How can full time brokers build large, productive nationwide networks of agents and co-brokers at minimal cost?
The Sponsored Agents Program basically solves these issues and for those that have been asking (for the last few years) how they can exponentially expand their business with some sort of "downline", this very low cost program should provide that nicely.

Complete details and links are now available in the Learning Lab and we will be adding more during the next week or two.

I have a few questions regarding the program that I will spread over a couple of treads . Forgive me if you already addressed them.

What would be the appropriate name we should refer to our new found company as? A brokerage or a Factor Broker Company? Don’t want to be in violation of any laws by calling it something it's not.

Will you have weekly/monthly meetings or trainings with the sponsors similar to the ones we will have with the agents?

I understand that you don't mind doing teleconferences for the potential clients that our agents bring in each month and that is awesome! However I was wondering if there would be the charge if we get you to do a teleconference for us?

Need to add this to the budget if so.

Additionally, You mentioned that you had several Factor chomping at the bit to give teleconferences for our potential clients. A couple of questions concerning...

Do you (or will you) have a list of those Factors so we won't have to waste time trying to find them?

Will they charge for the service?

Will they require a minimum number of attendees per cmference?

Will there be (or is there already) a PowerPoint presentation on the Factoring process that we might be able to use when conducting webinars?

You would use any business name you would like and there is some information on name creation in the ANNEX. The website's URL would be related to the sponsor's URL.

Factors will likely advertise their availability for providing teleconferences and no, they will never charge for them. You should, however, have a reasonable number of prospects on one of your teleconferences. I would say 10 or more.
